OpenCellar gestion cave à vins app good for

Open Cellar has more than enough features to satisfy the occasional wine drinker, but is thorough enough for the serious collector. Unfortuneately, most of the help forums are in French, but the developer is very helpful if you email him.

This is a great cellar app. I downloaded this as well as the free desktop version. I couldnt believe it was free with the amount of work that must have gone on. I would have gladly paid. The interface, the reports, the location management. Its all great. This is well worth the $5 it costs.

Could you please tell me if you plan to release an iPad version? Id like to move my collection from iPhone to iPad.

Very good application to manage my cellar! I already use the free desktop version for Windows and Mac, the iPhone one syncs perfectly with them and can move in my cellar... To be recommended to all cellar managers

A must have application if you are a wine enthusiasts. visit iphonefootprint if you dont know French and is wondering how to use the application

I have organized a 700 bottle cellar in 2 days with this app. To create the cellar map and input your bottles is very easy! Great to keep track of your cellar value, inputs and outputs, wine ratings, etc. The best for sure! Missing the iPad version though!!

Some bad moments

My fault for not researching fully before buying... most of the application is in french, as are the support pages and the cross platform download. So, I basically cant use it and wish I could get a refund.

I was very dissapointed and also wish for a refund. While the program description is in English, the program is entirely oriented to all things French. No American (or any other country) appellations, varieties, or wine reviews. If your collection is not almost exclusively French, this program should prove very tedious. Be prepared to enter every detail of each bottle keystroke by keystroke or look elsewhere.
